Why should I buy organic cotton?

When you choose to buy organic cotton, you are taking a step toward a healthier future for your family and the planet.  Organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides or GMOs, making it safer for the people who wear it and the farmers who grow it.  Production also promotes biodiversity, has a smaller carbon footprint, and helps to keep our waters cleaner.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) meets high environmental and social standards.  It ensures that your organic cotton apparel is not only grown without the use of pesticides, but also processed in a safe and ethical way along every step of the supply chain.

          Oops, I made a mistake when I placed my order.  How can I fix it?

          In the event that you would like to update your order, whether to cancel or include additional products, email hello@alifesheloves.ca within 1 hour of purchase, using the subject heading "Update Order." Be sure to include your order number in the email. We will respond to your email by the following business day.

            I don't see exactly what I'm looking for.  Can I request a custom order?

            Absolutely! We love getting creative and working with our customers to come up with a new and unique design! Simply place an order for one of our Custom Listings and we'll work with you directly to see your vision through. Note that depending on design elements and proofing required there may be additional surcharges.

              I received a package and it's not what I ordered.  What do I do?

              In the event of a processing error or quality concern, email hello@alifesheloves.ca, using the subject heading "Order Concern." Be sure to include your order number in the email. We will respond to your email by the following business day.

                What is your return policy?

                All sales are final on our products because they are made-to-order. However, in the event of a quality error please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
